Umbagog

Umbagog (pronounced um-BAY-gog) Lake is one of the most pristine lakes in New Hampshire, located in Coös County, New Hampshire, and Oxford County, Maine. It is the inspiration for Dunbarton Tobacco and Trust's Umbagog cigar. "This dark Connecticut Broad Leaf wrapper delivers exactly as expected with notes of black coffee, and bitter chocolate with a long finish. Best enjoyed later in the day after a meal and would pair well with dark roast coffee and fuller bodied liquors", writes Matt W., cigar aficionado at The Cigar Box in Indianapolis.

Ubagog is handcrafted in Nicaragua using Nicaraguan binder and filler with a US Connecticut Valley Broadleaf wrapper. Online ratings vary between 87 (Cigar Dojo) and 92 (Cigar Coop), averaging around 90. Have you tried this cigar lately? What's your take? We welcome your comments below.

The Cigar Box is a family-owned, retail cigar store with two locations in Indianapolis and Carmel, Indiana. Learn more at www.thecigarboxonline.com.
