The Ashton brand was created by Robert Levin in the early 1980’s. He grew up in the industry, working at his father’s historic cigar shop, Holt’s Cigar Company, in Philadelphia.
Ashton cigars are handmade in the Dominican Republic from only the finest aged tobaccos. Ashton has been a perennial “Top 3” brand in the U.S. for more than 30 years and is sold in over 60 countries.
Ashton’s Classic cigar is made with Dominican binder and filler, aged three to four years, and hand-rolled in a Connecticut Shade wrapper. It’s been consistently rated 90 by Cigar Aficionado.
