Responding to Coronavirus

UPDATE 5/13/2021 We do our best to follow all state and local guidelines to provide a safe and clean environment for our customers and associates. If you are not feeling well or think you might have been exposed to someone with COVID, please stay home. Both stores will continue call (or email) ahead orders for curbside pickup for anyone who wants it. Learn more here.

We are deeply committed to putting our customers and associates first at the center of what we do.  Today, this philosophy continues to guide us as we think about all who have been affected by COVID-19 and the impact on where we live and work.  We will continue to operate with you in mind first, which is why we are sharing the actions we are taking to keep you, our stores, and our community healthy and safe.

 

First, we are utilizing recommendation for the CDC and WHO and other national and local public health laws for our decision making.  Accordingly, we have increased the strength and frequency of cleaning and sanitizing our stores.  We’ve also advised our associates to follow a safety protocol of regular hand washing and minimal physical contact.

 

Secondly, we are encouraging our associates to prioritize their health, and if they’re feeling sick, to stay home.  We hope you’ll do the same.

We are encouraging customers to stock up and therefore limit the number of trips to the store and therefore exposure to fellow cigar enthusiasts and our employees.    We will continue to actively monitor this situation and do our part to get us all back to our normal lives.
